QuikCare Returns & Store Credit Policy
At QuikCare, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing quality products and a smooth customer experience. Please review our return and store credit policy below.

1.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy
a) Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at no extra cost (except payment gateway fees, if applicable) if the product has not been dispatched within 4 working days of placing the order.

b) After Dispatch
If you cancel the order after dispatch, shipping charges (both ways) and gateway charges (if any) will be deducted before issuing store credit.

2.⁠ ⁠Return Policy
2.1 14-Day Return Window
You may return your product within 14 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description (see QC norms, section 3.1).

The product is missing parts or accessories.

2.2 Warranty Beyond 14 Days
QuikCare offers warranty-based service depending on the product:

Laptops/Desktops: 1-year warranty (if opted during purchase)

Battery & Adapter: 6 months

MacBook: 6 months

Not Covered: Physical damage, accidental or liquid damage.
Note: Extended warranties apply only to manufacturing defects.

Warranty service can take up to 30 days, involving steps like technician visit, pickup, delivery, repair. If unresolved within the timeline, a replacement or store credit may be issued with 1% depreciation per month of usage.

2.3 Return Conditions
Please ensure the following for a valid return:

Product must be in original condition with packaging, tags, and accessories.

Must not be damaged while in your possession.

Personal data must be removed from devices.

Buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders may be eligible for return with a deduction.

Items must be securely packed; QuikCare is not responsible for damage due to poor packaging.

2.4 Return Process
Contact us through one of our support channels (see below).

If approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.

Do not return items without prior approval.

Technician visit may be scheduled to assess eligibility.

If the product fails QC, return is accepted without charge. If it passes QC, applicable deductions will apply.

Approved replacements are shipped within 24–48 hours after receiving the original product.

2.5 Non-Returnable Items
Returns not accepted for:

Items not in original condition.

Damage caused by improper use or handling.

Customized or personalized products.

3.⁠ ⁠Store Credit Process
a) RTO (Return to Origin)
If the product returns undelivered:

Store credit will be initiated within 24–48 hrs of receiving the returned item.

Courier charges will be deducted.

For COD orders where the customer is unreachable, any partial advance will be non-refundable.

b) Delivered Orders – Returned
Once the return is received and inspected (within 24–48 hrs), store credit will be issued within 14 business days.

No refunds are processed; store credit only.

Deductions:

Defective products – No deductions except usage-based depreciation.

Non-defective/Buyer’s remorse – 10% restocking fee or 3% per month, whichever is greater.

Customer-Induced Damages – Charged additionally (see section 3.2).

4.⁠ ⁠Buyback Program
You may return the product anytime during the warranty period. Store credit will be issued with a minimum 10% or 3% per month depreciation, minus costs for any damages (see section 3.2).

5.⁠ ⁠Policy Updates
QuikCare reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.

6.⁠ ⁠Company Rights
QuikCare reserves the right to:

Refuse a return if the product doesn’t meet return conditions.

Limit returns from customers with excessive return history.

Determine return/store credit eligibility at its discretion.
