Please Note:
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from QuikCare’s official website (www.quikcare.com) or from any of our official retail outlets. Products purchased through third-party marketplaces where QuikCare is listed as a seller are not covered under this warranty. Please refer to the marketplace-specific policies for such purchases.
⚠️ Refunds are not provided. QuikCare issues only store credits for eligible returns or unresolved warranty claims as per our terms.
Warranty Period
Standard Policy
For All Products Except Apple: 1-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase.
For Apple Products: 6-month warranty from the date of original retail purchase.
Extended Warranty
Extended warranties may be purchased to cover up to 2 years. This adds to the standard warranty period accordingly.
What is Covered by this Warranty?
Defects in Materials and Workmanship
QuikCare warrants that refurbished products and included accessories are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used as per QuikCare guidelines (user manuals, specs, etc.).

Covered issues will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
What is Not Covered by this Warranty?
Third-party accessories
All software components (OS, applications, etc.)
Batteries (unless failure is due to defects)
Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
Damage from accidents, liquid spills, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
Products with removed/altered serial numbers
Locked or stolen products
Normal wear and tear

Data Backup
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting products for repair.
Proof of Purchase

Resolution Process
Initial remote troubleshooting (within 24–48 hours).
If unresolved, an engineer may be assigned.
If needed, product pickup or submission at service center for inspection.
Replacement will be provided only if repair is not possible.

✅ Only store credit or replacement will be offered.
Shipping and Handling

Force Majeure
Warranty obligations may be delayed or suspended due to events outside our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
Warranty Transfer
Warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser.
Code of Conduct
Respectful communication is expected from both customers and staff. Abusive behavior may result in denial of service or escalation.
Legal Jurisdiction
This warranty is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has been shipped.
For orders with calculated shipping rates, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will promptly assist you.
